Returns Policy


Under ACCC we are not obliged to refund items that are being returned due to a “change of mind”. Please ensure you carefully select the correct product, and advise of any notes necessary when ordering. At our discretion we can however apply a restocking fee of 15% + return freight to individual cases. This only applies to unopened items within 10 business days of order.
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if the return is a result of our error. We will also pay the return shipping cost.
Funds will be received within four weeks of sending return of product, however most often it will be quicker. This includes transit time for us to receive the product back, time to process the return, and time for funds to be processed by your bank.

We offer full exchange on goods received damaged (if insurance is chosen on freight), or faulty products. Solve Offroad will arrange replacement product on behalf of the customer with the manufacturer. Proof of damage must be produced by the customer within two days of receiving the goods. We cannot process a claim without proof.
